Presentation of Conceptual Model of Professional Competence of Valuators and Quality Auditors in the Higher Education System

The quality of higher education and its improvement and promotion does not arise in itself and requires a scientific and practical planning. One of the aspects to be considered in designing and establishing the appropriate structure of it should be the selection of competent and competent persons in the field of quality assessment and audit And their continuing education. The present study aims to identify the professional competence of quality appraisers and auditors in the higher education system and provide the initial framework for the system of professional competence in 11 institutions / custodian associations with higher education quality assessment and audit (Australian Evaluation Association, New Zealand Evaluation Association, The European Union Evaluation Association, the Canadian Evaluation Board, the German Evaluation Association, the Japan Evaluation Association, the UK Evaluation Board, the South African Evaluation Association, the Finnish Evaluation Association, the International Evaluation Evaluation Association, the University of Michigan Evaluation Association, using the documentary methodology A mining and comparative study has been done. Based on the results of the research, the framework of the system of professional qualification of quality managers and evaluators in the higher education system is presented.
