Relationship between job stress and mental health of employees Agriculture Organization (Iranshahr)

Abstract:
This study examines the relationship between job stress and mental Baslamt City Agriculture Organization (Iranshahr) country. The population of this study to all the employees of the city of Agriculture (Iranshahr) are 118. Two questionnaires were used to collect data from the Occupational Stress 87/0 and 937/0 respectively with reliability and mental health have been used with reliability and 90/0 852/0 respectively. The collected data using SPSS software through descriptive and inferential statistical methods were analyzed. This research method descriptive statistics including frequency, mean, mode, median, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, statistical tables and graphs and to test hypotheses, Pearson and Spearman correlation test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to examine the normality of the data as well as the partial correlation is used. The results of the analysis of the data shows that there is a relationship between job stress and mental health. According to the results of research suggests that manager's job stress reduction mental health staff increase.
