Explanation and Evaluation of Knowledge Business Strategy and Knowledge Development Strategies (Case Study: Khozestan Gas Company)

This Article aims to Review and Explain the Relationship between Business Strategies Knowledge and knowledge Development Strategies in Khozestan Gas Company. The Method of Cross-Correlation and Survey. The Population of the Managers and Employees of Gas Company, Which is based on the Sample of 201 Randomly, were selected. Data collected by two Questionnaires, Knowledge Business Strategies and Strategies for the Development of Knowledge, is based on a 5-point Likert And its Reliability with Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient of 0.79 and 0.77 respectively are obtained. Data analysis was Descriptive and Inferential Statistics. Data analysis and Knowledge to investigate the Relationship between Business Strategies and Development Strategies of Structural equation Modeling Techniques and Pearson Correlation were used. Data analysis and Investigate the Relationship between Business Strategies of Knowledge and Knowledge Development Strategies by LISREL and SPSS Software were used. The Results showed that all Hypotheses with 99% Confidence are confirmed. So the Dimensions of Business Strategy Knowledge and Knowledge Development Strategies, Statistically Significant Relationship, and this Relationship are Positive and Direct.
