Impact on teleworking on organizational performance with structural equation modeling

Abstract:
The concept of organizational performance in the past two decades has been at the center of developments in public administration and it has become a central goal Information and communication technology and the increasing prosperity and wide- ranging impact on all facets of society, including labor and employment, leads to the phenomenon of remote work or the work has been distant. On the other hand, human resources, quality of life and burnout among the most important issues that impact on organizational performance and the trend toward telecommuting. In this research using descriptive method to provide a model to evaluate various aspects of teleworking and organizational performance and burnout and quality of life and consider their impact on organizational performance. The study consisted of all employees of government agencies Yazd which consisted of 3,000 people. 342 samples of us that using simple random sampling from among the staff of the organizations selected. To collect data, athletics library is used to analyze the data from this study of structural equation modeling is used, The results of the analysis of the data showed that the quality of life and organizational performance, teleworking and organizational performance, burnout and organizational performance, burnout and teleworking path with 0.584, 0.369, -0.281, there is a significant relationship 0.572 but the quality of life and teleworking with no significant correlation coefficient 0.102 path. The results suggest that providing telework with regard to quality of life and burnout can increase organizational performance.
