Location and Prioritize the Capable Sites to Construct Health Villages (Case study: Qeshm Island)

Nowadays, tourism is considered as one of the world's largest and most varietal industries. Health tourism is a form of tourism in order to maintain and improve a person's mental and physical health restoration which lasts longer than 24 hours and less than one full year. Construction of the health village as an important infrastructure, facilitate health tourist attraction. Qeshm Island, which is able to construct complexes and specialized medical clinics parallel with natural conditions, would be capable of health village’s construction. Qeshm island within the specified range of social, cultural, economic, political and touristic occasion framework in the country, Having the proper power and environmental touristic attractions, communication infrastructures and the Persian Gulf countries marginal adjacency, Qeshm island Creates a new way of communicating with the world. The purpose of this paper is to prioritize areas capable of health village Establishment with the focus on Slope, (faults, watercourse and protected areas, rural areas, cities, major routes, airport) distances and the percentage of dense vegetation components. This research methodology includes, descriptive analysis, library research and evaluation survey, with the use of TOPSIS model and GIS software. The four chosen sites in the case of mentioned components, has been studied, surveyed, compared and analyzed. The result shows that the third site has been selected as the proper site .
