pattern for developing strategic thinking of the Ansar bank top managers

Today's business environment is turbulent environment, unpredictable and competitive necessity for Ansar Bank is ensured, that to survive and grow in the competitive environment, with timely diagnosis and to explore opportunities to gain market benefits. Ansar Bank's senior executives develop strategic thinking to design a model.
The study nature of the subject, administrative research and applied research is objective. In this direction constructed pattern based on theoretical studies, field evaluation and validation was performed using the method. And a population of 36 senior executives of the banking system and banking experts who have knowledge and experience of strategic management has been selected in this assessment to analyze the results and extracted data collected through the standard questionnaire with Cronbach's coefficient 0.893 and through software pls3 spss software and using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, the data is analyzed. The findings of the study and related analysis after the test questions, study confirmed the pattern.
