Effect of Narcissism on the south coast of university administrators

Personality characteristics of each person can be positive or negative effect on him and his actions. Since people are employed in various organizations, this feature can also affect organizational performance. Including features that some people have suggested, is narcissism. This property may be impacting on organizational performance ever. Among the most important and influential organizations in each communities University which, according to their importance, this study examines the impact of narcissism on the performance of university administrators, is the southern coast of Iran. This research was conducted through questionnaires, 330 questionnaires were distributed and 300 were collected questionnaires. Questionnaire for content validity and reliability (Cronbach's alpha coefficient for 0.812 of the questions narcissism and desire to learn 0.870) as well. After testing the software SPSS and Lisrel was determined that the facts justify corporate documents selfishness, entitlement, dominance and suspicion of university professors and administrators, through their effects on academic performance, their willingness to learn the effect there is also a lack of empathy, and unexceptionable Khvdbzrg teachers and administrators on the impact on the willingness to learn has no significant effect on academic performance.
