The effect of the supervision on group activities from Nahj -al-Balaghah perspective
Author(s):
Abstract:
Supervision is one of the emphasized concepts in divine religions to promote the quality of activities, programs, and the individual and group thoughts. Islam has a specific emphasis on the issue as well. The significance and sensitivity of supervision in group activities and social relations can be more studied in Imam Alis (as) conditions and age necessities and in noble Nahj-al-Balaghah. The present research made an attempt to extract and elaborate the concept of supervision based on a specific designed system and accurate objectives with a reliance on the five-year governmental biography of Imam Ali (as). His endeavor towards the individual and social discipline, encouragement, and punishment based on the truth and justice, employment of diverse methods to fulfill a constant and effective supervision of public processes, and contemplation on frequent terms such as ÇóÎÈóÑóäیAkhberni [keep me informed] and ÈóáóÛóäیBalaqani [I have been informed that] particularly in administrative-governmental letters and correspondences all indicate the special place of supervision, from his perspective, to fulfill the qualitative and ideal human elevated values.
