Investigating Relationship Between servant leadership and Spirituality in Work Place with social Capital

The purpose of this study is investigate relationship between servant leadership and spirituality in work place with social capital in Keshvarzi bank of Hamedan. The current research method, is descriptive and the research project used, was based on Structural equations model. The statistical population is all employees of Keshvarzi bank of Hamedan Province 196 which they were selected by stratified random sampling method. Data were gathered through three questionnaires, The servant leader, spirituality and social capital. The data After collecting were analyzed by SPSS and LISREL. Results of structural equation modeling showed that: Direct effect the servant leader on social capital (0/07) is not positive and significant. Direct effects of spirituality on social capital (0/73) is positive and significant. Indirect effect of servant leader on social capital with intermediary of spirituality (0/35) is positive and significant.
