Underlying Factors of Knowledge Management in the Organizational Crisis Management (Case Study of Tehran Disaster Management Organization)

The main competitive advantage of organizations today is knowledge. Knowledge is a powerful and constantly evolving tool. Much research has been conducted to identify key success factors in the implementation of knowledge management which has led to the introduction of different key factors involved in the success of knowledge management.
Underlying factors play a key role in the successful deployment of knowledge management in organizations. The present research, assuming that IT systems as well as organizational knowledge and culture processes are the most important factors underlying the implementation of knowledge management in any organization, and that the use of these principles leads to a more thorough utilization of the existing knowledge of the organization, is seeking to determine and assess the effects of these factors on implementation of knowledge management.This study aims to investigate the underlying factors of knowledge management in the Municipality of Tehran Disaster Management Organization. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire was designed to gather information on the situation and the importance of each of these factors in the field of knowledge management. The factors were compared and prioritized using the SPSS software and the Friedman test.
