Creative Drama: New Educational Approach in the Creation of Basic Concepts of Human Rights and Democracy in Police Training

Manpower training as an essential component in the development of social and government institutions. Today, the development of science and technology in many cases creates new ways of teaching and increase the quality of training. In such circumstances, raising awareness through new training and development institutions and service units and security is important. In the area of security, the police have an important social aspect of its responsibility towards society is required to understand the tasks of protecting and respecting the basic framework based on human rights and democracy. Today, in most countries, especially in terms of training and preparation police components such as democracy and human rights has been an important place. Studies show that, in many cases violated the basic rights of citizens the major deficiency in providing practical and in two parts, the measurement model and structural section. In the first part, technical characteristics of the questionnaires including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity were evaluated.
