Exposure of Pattern determination and Establishment of Entrepreneurial Talent with Approach Meta-Synthesis

Today, entrepreneurship is recognized as a competitive advantage in the economies of the countries. The purpose of this study was to provide a model for the determination and effective deployment of entrepreneurial talent with a using meta-synthesis is done. This research is in terms of applied purpose and with Approach Meta-Synthesis. The researcher has done a thorough and in-depth review of the subject using the method of extension and combines the findings of qualitative and quantitative research. 118 articles in the field of entrepreneurial talent were evaluated, that in the end 55 articles selected and their dimensions and codes were extracted and their importance and priority were determined by the quantitative Shannon entropy method. Finally, following the research steps, the pattern of identifying and deploying entrepreneurship talent in three layers of determination , implementation structure and design of the entrepreneurial talent support design layer was presented.
