Abstract:
Today, spaces and sports venues are the most important inland uses that play a fundamental role in improving the quality of life and in increasing the standards of living of the citizens, which address the concept of their formation in history and provide solutions to improve their position in their suitability for the disabled and refer to The standards and criteria for designing are of fundamental importance. The research method is descriptive-analytical method and data collection method is documentary and library. The results show that the actions taken so far by the urban management system are of the viewpoint of the disabled in the areas of socio-economic, physical and managerial in particular in the field of "urban design" and in particular the spatial The sport of the country has not been effective and it has not been able to adequately meet the needs of the disabled. At the end, the aspects of the appropriate environment in the sports complexes for the disabled are detailed.
