An Investigation of Citizen Rights Theories in Urban Architecture of Iran

Abstract:
One of the important social, political and legal components of the modern state in the contemporary world is the status and "rights of citizens". In the political and legal literature of the modern state in the contemporary world, the rights and privileges of citizens and citizens are of particular importance. A historical look at the evolution and evolution of citizenship rights in human societies has long been part of the evolution of this concept. On the other hand, today, citizens 'awareness of the rights of mercenaries on the one hand and the awareness of planners and architects of citizen's rights are among the factors influencing the urban planning process. This article has been studied in this paper. The research method of this research, based on its explanatory nature, is a descriptive-analytical method and a meta-analysis method that analyzes the views on citizenship rights. Finally, the status of civil rights in urban planning law has been explained and a few points have been made in this regard.
