Scheduling Priorities of the Key Factors in Implementation of Organizational Spirituality: A Case Study of Public Libraries in Yazd City of Iran

The aim of this study was to identify and prioritize factors affecting organizational spirituality in public libraries in Yazd.
The present study is applicable regarding the aim, and in data collection it is description survey and information collected in the survey was via questionnaire. The population of this study had two parts so that in order to identify factors affecting organizational spirituality in public libraries in Yazd according to survey analytical models, a 111 sample of public library were selected via stratified sampling and were discussed and analyzed. In the second part of the scheme in order to classify priority of the key factors identified, we cooperated with 10 faculty members who had mastered the respected scientific research on the subject. SPSS software was used for data analysis and to conduct descriptive statistical analysis and to perform confirmatory factor analysis and Fashion L - structural equation modeling (SEM) LISREL software was used.
Findings: Results showed that 8 operating virtues of spiritual space, content, structure, leadership, culture, faith and motivation as factors are considered as affecting organizational spirituality and the relationship between the 8 factors is meaningful. The interpretive structural modeling results also indicated that leadership had the highest leverage and the minimum dependency among other 7 key factors.
Originality / value: The results of this research will be useful to public libraries in Yazd and all around the country and makes ground for more research in this field.
