Analysis of Effective Factors in Rural Good Governance with Focus on Rural manager (Dehyar), (Case study: Chaipare Bala County, Zanjan Township)
Recognition of the most effective governmental and administrative methods in rural areas is considered of the most importance suggested to enforce the rural government and the main government to meet needs of the people. This study aimed at explaining the factors affecting rural good governance with emphasizes rural managers in Chaipare Bala County in Zanjan Township). Type of research is functional and methodology is descriptive- analytic. Data gathered by library and field search like questionnaire and interview. For analyzing data, we use descriptive analysis (mean, deviation, variance), and extraction statistic (Pearson correlation variable, single sample T.test, Kendal test). Required data is gathered using the sampling and completing questionnaire from head of rural households. According to Cochran formula the necessary number of sample is 160 head of rural households. Cronbach alpha coefficient was calculated equal to, %74. The findings show that the level of satisfaction of people from the rural manager (Dehyar) is not in good condition.
