Analysis Job Training Requirements of Staff at Allameh Tabatabai University

working and living in the new word are changed because of fast changes in technology. Thus, updating knowledge, skills and attitude of personnel is urgent and undeniable need, especial for those organizations that struggling to response the customer needs in right way, right time and right quality. The aim of this study was identifying educational needs of universities jobs and review the situation of this educational courses in universities. the research method was mixed method research with focus on exploratory design and statistical population of study are employees of AllamehTabataba’i University. we used the purposeful sample method via semi-structured interviews with 27 employees for qualitative section of research and stratified sample contain 405 employees for quantitative section. questionnaire were used for data gathering for quantitative section. The research result indicates that, although the amount and quality of training courses for all job categories above average but still has gap to reach an optimum level. Allameh Tabatabai University should be a continuous needs assessment of its staff and Based on the needs of the extracted, Held training for its employees.
