Effect of emotional intelligence on self-esteem in aid police in Tehran

One of the factors that can be found in today's organizations, effective organization improve performance, self-esteem staff. Many factors such as emotional intelligence, self-esteem implications. To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on self-esteem, quasi-experimental study with the aim of improving police performance through improving self-esteem among the staff of Tehran's relief it was 1500 police statistics garment.
The sample consisted of 60 students, selected through purposive sampling and were divided randomly into two groups To collect data, two questionnaires of emotional intelligence and self concept was used shearing Siberia Data using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was .In the descriptive statistics obtained data in tables and graphs, frequency, mean, standard deviation, were presented at the statistics, ANCOVA was used.
The results showed that: compared between the intervention and control groups, emotional intelligence training on self-esteem has a positive effect on Tehran's police assistance. Also between the intervention and control groups, training components of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-motivation, self-control, empathy, social skills) also had a positive impact on self-esteem in Greater Tehran police showed relief.
