Investigation of Job Characteristics's effect in Employee Career Growth and Career Adapt-Abilities (Case Study: Central Iran Insurance Customers, Hamedan Province Branches)

The present study aimed to investigate the Effect of Job Characteristics's Role in Employee Career Growth and Career Adapt-Abilities. This research is a descriptive cross-sectional survey was conducted quantitative and functional. The population of the province where the Social Security Administration branch staff to 350 people. Stratified random sampling based on the number of employees in each city sample consisted of 185 individuals was selected from among them. Data required for this study were collected using a standard questionnaire that its validity and reliability were reviewed and approved. In order to analyze the data path and structural modeling software was used Smart PLS. But among the components of job characteristics, career path and impact on the growth component of the feedback the result it was found matching capabilities. It was also found that the ability to adapt to a career path and its components, direct and significant impact on growth career path.
