Iimplementation of information technology in libraries and information centers

Different arenas of Librarianship and information technology have always been changing due to their time technologies. Although these shortcomings were not the same and, due to the time and place, there was a significant difference, but what has already happened now plays a significant role. And without understanding the current technological conditions and principles, activities and processes in the information environment and information services cannot be able to meet the needs of users and audiences. Also, in addition to informing role, other roles and mechanisms have been put forward by information science professionals that shows the add value to the information business more often; therefore, familiarity with the implementation of such technologies, which is also the purpose of the book, can bring more success to business related to librarianship and information science. By understanding this concern, the book was intended to provide information to its audience regarding various aspects of information and information services. But in a general view we can say the book could not succeed in this aim. In this paper, while outlining the book’s features, mentioning weaknesses and strengths so that the reader can decide on his source of information.
