Scientific outputs of faculty of Sari University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, based on Hirsh index from beginning to 2016

The aim of this study is output faculty members of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Sari and is based on h index in Scopus citation.
The study is descriptive survey and a survey conducted by science studied. population included all faculty members Sari University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (126) and scientific productions indexed in the Scopus database. Of which 70 cases were Scopus database and h index was investigated.Data gathered by the Scopus citation.the main data include h index and research age of faculty members.
Findigns:Finding show 70(55/6) percent of faculty members has h index in Scopus database and 56(44/4) percent is lack of h index in Scopus database.. Most scientific production in 2007, the highest since the first publication of the faculty members have been Scopus citation. According the finding most research age of faculty was 16 with 10 h index.faculty of crop sciences with 19 have most faculty members in scopus database,faculty of animal science and fisheris with 18, faculty of natural science with 17, faculty of agricultural engineering with 12 and faculty of basic science with 4 faculty members in scopus database has least than other faculty.
With attention to result of research for raising the h index wich leads to higher university ranking faculty members should be encourage and protection for presentation their articles. Increase the research funding,
