The comparative etymological study of the most important lexicon of Yazdi dialect (considering dialect of Khoramshahi district)

The language studies indicate that Yazdi dialect reveals a rich and ancient Iranian language that once appeared in the vast zones of Iran, but unfortunately nowadays - owning to language invasion - its scope is being limited. Maintaining of many words from ancient languages with small changes and keeping their literal meanings are one of the important features of dialect issues considered in terms of etymology and linguistics. These features in the dialects of main group, including Yazdi accent, are more evident. This study tries to investigate the phonetic and meaning of some archaic words in Zoroastrian community in Khoramshahi district; then, comparing the most important words of Yazdi dialect with ancient languages proved the authenticity of the language and cultural richness of this area. Regarding the researches on dialects, languages, and their diversities which have cognitive, identical, and even training values with recognition of phonetic, semantic and grammatical structures remained in local dialect of dynamic flow of language with a structured system eventually eliminate many language impairments.
