Feasibility Study the Establishment of Job Rotation System in refah Bank

The main goal of this research was Feasibility Study the Establishment of Job Rotation System in refah Bank. This research from the point of goal was applied type and data gathering method was survey. For this aim, the researcher considered questionnaire for studying the feasibility of establishing a job rotation system which final results, respectively 0.85 , acquired through Cronbach’s alpha test and was confirmed. This research Statistical population consists of 10561 individuals from all managers and employees of bank refah karegans’ branches throughout Iran which 372 individuals were estimated as model. Although, in order to preventing of losing models numbers and achieving real number of samples, more questionnaires were distributed and taken 423 questionnaires. After analyzing and processing the data, the results of t- test showed that the possibility of job rotation system in all components expects the rules and regulations, is provided in refah karegaran bank.
