Identifying and Explaining the Drivers of Human Resource Empowerment with the Knowledge Management Approach

The present research aims at identifying and explaining the achievements of human resource empowerment with the knowledge management approach. The purpose of this study is to provide a model for assessing the effect of KM on empowerment. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method is descriptive-survey. From the theme analysis, it has been used to design the conceptual model and from structural equations and Amos software to explain the role of mediator of knowledge management. In the exploratory interview phase, the statistical population consists of 16 experts in the field of human resources. For statistical analysis, the statistical population is composed of employees and managers of the agricultural bank, and 46 samples were selected through a judicious and purposeful method. The data gathering tool was an exploratory interview and a questionnaire. To localize and evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, they were provided to a number of management experts and human resources. The reliability of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was equal to 877. Was obtained, used. The results show that the intermediary variable of KM plays an important role in the organization to empower employees through the combination of cultural factors and capacity building.
