Abstract:
Purpose
The purpose of this study was to evaluate and evaluate the quality of public institutions'' portals in Iran based on the web quality evaluation model. You M Is.
Methodology
The type of applied research and the methodology of this research is a survey-analytical. The statistical population of the research is the portal of public libraries of the country in 1395, with 32 portals observed and scored. For data collection, a direct observation based on a check list has been carried out based on the web-quality evaluation model and ISO-9126 standard.Findings: The findings show that the "applicability" criterion was estimated at an average of 0.39 in the average condition and in the "performance capability", the mean total of 0.27 was in an unfavorable situation, as well as In terms of "reliability", the average of the total is 0.77 in the medium to high position and in terms of "performance index" with an average of 0.704 were evaluated in a favorable situation.
