Determine the Validity and Reliability Test Body Awareness Purdue Perceptual- Motor Survey

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity and reliability of the body awareness, perceptual-motor Purdue. In this study, 400 of the first class student as a sample of all students in the first grade of primary school in Ahvaz city (10349 people) were selected for the psychometric test. Measuring instruments, perceptual-motor test was Purdue. For determining compute detection factor analysis, compute confirmatory analysis, and time reliability, the researcher respectively used main factor analysis, structural equation model, and intra-class correlation coefficient using test‑retest method. The reliability test for detection of the body (ICC-0.95), obstacle (ICC-0.92), imitation movement (ICC-0.96), lateralization (ICC-0.90) and directionality (ICC-0.89) show a. The validity of the test body awareness Purdue was using confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that the test body awareness Purdue percentage variance of 29.63 in the first factor that the test detects the right and left, lateralization, directionality and imitation movement and 29.04 in second factor is related to the detection test parts of the body, the Construct validity is the ideal; can be used as an acceptable device for determine the body awareness and diagnose problems children's body awareness.
