Evaluating the health of Iranian contemporary family and its changes
Contemporary man is willing to sacrifice only time to prepare food. Since the effect of women's knowledge as family food managers is based on healthy nutrition principles, it is inseparable from family health and community health. Therefore, this study should consider the factors affecting family health.
In this study, the sampling method was available from a sample of 120 individuals from 30 to 60 years old Tehran province who, despite the knowledge of the losses of using fast food, did not use it. Cronbach's alpha questionnaire was 0.5. Data were analyzed using the SPSS16 software in two stages using the quasi-experimental method.
Findings: The status of prepared meals in the food program of different groups shows that employed men (58.33%) more than twice as many employed women (28%) and single workers more than married people, employed women married more than housewives The food is ready to eat. Since our organization organizes a family nutrition section with women, comparison of percentages suggests that although married housewives use less than any other group of food, in general, nearly half of the participants, despite being familiar with the losses of using foods They were not prepared to use it.
Contrary to Gaitak's view, women are less likely than men to change food habits. The health of Iranian households is threatened and subjected to McDonaldization, in which malicious propaganda also has an impact on attracting people to fast foods that need to be fought. This explains the need for healthy policies in this regard.
