The identification and determination Police sports coaches required competencies

Today Sports coaching has become one of the most important jobs has been growing in the world. The law enforcement agencies also given to the importance of exercise and physical fitness appointment and deployment of qualified coaches can assist the organization in achieving its goals. The aim of this study is to identify and determine the required competencies police sports coaches. The research method was descriptive-analytic and the most practical purpose as a field study. The study consisted of 3,000 delegates, coaches police that the number of 341 people, all of whom were selected by simple random sampling. Standard questionnaire to collect data Myers qualified coaches and colleagues (2010) were used to evaluate the reliability and validity of indicators of CR, the average variance extracted maximum shared variance and chi-square average shared variance was used. Data analysis software Spss and Amos were used. The results indicated that the five main components of motivation, adopting the right strategy, employing appropriate techniques, determining the character of the players and the players physical condition required competencies police are athletic trainers. The analysis results also affirmed desirability and appropriateness of the pattern.
