Evaluating the effect of training quality on innovation and function of NAJA headquarter staff
The present study is to consider the effect of training on organizational function and innovation of NAJA headquarter staff.statistical society of the research is composed of 129 NAJA headquarter staff selected by simple random method.Information gathering tool was questionnaire.Correlation analysis and multiple regression coefficient was used to analyze the data.The result of correlation and multiple regression coefficient method among research variables indicated that training quality has a meaningfull effect on organizational functions and innovation. The findings also obviously pointed that organizational function is the interface loop between training quality and organizational innovation level in the organization .
