The purpose of this study was to investigate the prediction between social intelligence and organizational creativity with an emphasis on the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior in educational staff through structural descriptive-correlative method. The statistical population of this study was 145 education employees of Baharestan district 1, who were selected using simple randomized sampling method to determine the sample size. To collect relevant data, the Trumsu social intelligence questionnaire, Random organizational creativity, Oregon and Kanovsky organizational behaviors were used. Their reliability through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.89, 0.87 and 0.91 was obtained. The structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The results of the test indicated that organizational citizenship behavior in the relation of social intelligence to organizational creativity had a minor mediation effect. Also, social intelligence has a positive effect on organizational creativity and organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive impact on employee organizational creativity.
