Abstract:
Historical hostility of India and Pakistan on Kashmir and the competitiveness of the two countries in the region have affected the security environment in South Asia. As a result, the two countries seek friends and allies in the region and outside the region, which in turn leads to the formation of a bipolar balance of forces in South Asia. However, the initiative of Pakistan in the area of ​​India and Pakistan from India has been successful in recruiting area. At the regional level the most important strategic ally India, Vietnam, Pakistan's most important strategic ally, China. Accordingly, this study sought to answer the question of the basis of India-Vietnam relations. So, it can be said India-based equations common in South Asia, has opposition to the China and Pakistan, and the Pakistan-based equations are so common, too, is against India. This is evident in the political equations security in South Asia.
