Abstract:
The research is a descriptive-analytic study that is done cross-sectionally to investigate the role of jihadi Islamic lifestyle in predicting coping strategies with stress and optimism in 1395. The population studied is a population. The statistical population of this study includes all students of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Branch of Tehran, in 1395 (97 people). Therefore, cluster sampling method was used to determine the sample. Among them, 100 students (54 girls and 46 boys) were selected by random sampling. They answered three Islamic Life Style Questionnaire (ILST) and Later and Lopper’s Coping Strategies Questionnaire (LOT) questionnaire. SPSS 22 and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. In this research, the Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for these tools was calculated to be 0.706, 0.861, 0.860, respectively.
