Presenting the Spatial Planning Pattern of Makran Sea Coastal Areas with Sustainable Regional Security and Development Approaches (Case Study: Chabahar & Iranshahr County)

One of the most important things which threats Security of a country is spatial discrepancy amony geographically different regions of that country. As there are geographical inequalities and uneven development of different regions of a country specially between central regions and surrounding areas which harm national unity and also causes diverging movments specially in tribal areas.There fore, providing the national Security of a country depends an elimination of internal and external threats. But, in this situation, what can improve the exiting gap in uneven.There for, it utilizes combined techniques of strategic analysis,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and in order to process the results,and ultimately for the frist time in thesis work, the result by the means of a new modern software(Meta Swot),and spatial planning pattern of the area of study in regard to two interal and external factors, are presented. In the field of internal factors, the elements of the officials agreement about east and south-east axis and the Makran geogeaphical position out of the full of traffic and tension area of the Persian Gulf and strait of Hormuz; with the most development strategic importance are determined.Also in the field of external factors,the military presence of the USA in the region, the Arabic reaction current and US-based Arabic and the development and penetration of terrorist reactionary current in the area has been determined to be of the most degree, and to compose the spatial planning patern in foreign policy sector on coastal areas, strategis and pattern are presented.
