The Status of Compliance Human Aspect of Professional Ethics ‎in the Judicial System

Success in the effectiveness of government agencies intimately observe the ethics of ýhuman resources. Considering the importance of the human factor in the organization's ethical ýand moral development depends on knowledge of the status quo on the grounds that the ýplanning was consequentlyþ.þThis study examines the state of compliance with professional ethics ýin the judicial system's human dimension.ý
In this descriptiveþ þý- survey method is mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The population ýof this research, academic experts in qualitative and quantitative organizational and Clienteles ýis Justice Center in Kermanshah Province. Sampling in qualitative ways, such as through the ýsnowball method with the help of 23 peopleþ þand in a random manner according to the formula ýKokran sample size was carried out with the participation of 400 clientsþ.þInstruments data ýacquisition and qualitative information and quantitative questionnaire explored different ýdocuments and interviews made. In the qualitative data analysis, interpretation and quantitative ýusing t-test, Friedman, etc., and a heuristic model using structural equation model was fitted to ýthe variables.ýþ þý ý
Resultsþ:þThe results are certified according to defined humanþ þcomponents, which are work ýconcience, responsibility, honestyþ...þý observe the status of compliance human aspect of ýprofessional ethics judicial system is over the average. Meanwhile thers is the significant ýdifference between the components of the human dimension in terms of respect. This means that ýthe most qualified components and component flexibility in terms of respecting the lowest rank.ý
Conclusionþ:þý The results show a decent respect for the human components of professional ethics ýin the judicial system.ý
