Study of Fluorene ، Phenanthrene and Anthracene petroleum hydrocarbons in economic fish wetland

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the accumulation and compared with distribution of petroleum hydrocarbons including of Anthracene, Fluorene and Phenanthrene in six commercial fish species consisting common Carp, Pike, Caras, Sefid fish, Tinca Tinca and Cat fish in stations West, Central and East wetland and them compared with the standard WHO (20 μg/kg.dw) was performed. PAHs measured by Gas Chromatography with detector (GC-FID). Ten numbers was studied from per fish. Cat fish, Karas and Pik of Central and East Stations, Carp fish of West and Central stations and Sefid fish of central station without contamination by Fluorene. Phenanthrene and Fluorene in West, East and Central stations showed difference significant (p<0.05). Anthracene was observed in pike, Cat fish, Tinca Tinca of Central and East stations, carp fish of Central Station, Sefid fish of West and East Stations and Caras of Central and West Stations of wetland. Based on the results obtained, Carp fish of East station and Pike fish of west station in terms of contamination to Fluorene and Carp fish of East and West stations and pike and Tinca Tinca of West stations compared with the WHO and food hygiene are not suitable for human consumption. Tinca Tinca of Central and West stations, Karas of West and East stations, Cat fish of West, East and Central, Sefd fish of Central stations and Carp fish of Central and East of wetland in terms of contamination to Fenantherene compared with the WHO (No: 48568, 73338 and 31581) and food hygiene are not suitable for human consumption, too.
