Abstract:
Good governance theory has seriously impacted upon administrative law as satisfying requirements of good and merit governance and proper time governance proceeds to offer utilities as efficient and effective. On the other side, the main crisis management issue which is considered as today governments’ administrative and public activities is efficiency of crisis management institutes. Thus, adapting good governance components especially efficiency component of the theory with principles proves to be necessary for the qualification of crisis management organization in Iran administration and legal system. In response to the question that what is the relationship between these principles and good governance components; it seems that rules could have properly organize the principles to ensure maximum efficiency of crisis management due to insufficient experience in forming crisis management coordinating organizations.
