Analysis of photovoltaic solar system technological innovation system in Iran

this study aims to analyze the historical development of photovoltaic technological innovation system(TIS) functions in Iran And extraction of innovation motor in each step. Origin of TIS framework is developed countries, while developing countries generally receive technology, so function indicators such as knowledge creation will be different. In this paper, this framework is divided into TIS based on R&D and TIS based on diffusion . nature of technological innovation system in Iran is based on equipments imports and assembling them so in this research TIS based on the diffiosion is investigated. To this end, after introducing the structural components of photovoltaic TIS in Iran, using expert interviews, analysis of documents and Historical Data Analysis method, innovation motor was identified at each stage of development, and finally the innovation motor in the current stage was examined and validated using structural equation modeling.
