Understanding the Leadership Discourse Approaches in dealing with Corruption

Today it is very important to pay attention to the serious damages caused by economic corruption, because it becomes widespread in different societies, and it has some important security, economic, social and cultural challenges for the country. Moreover, Economic corruption uses the money to serve the power and brings the power in the service of the money. Therefore, dealing with it has always been one of the points of concern for societies. This study, which is of a qualitative nature, and also, it is based on the grounded theory, is an attempt to recognize the guidelines of Iranian supreme leader’s discourse approaches to dealing with economic corruption. To this end, the statements made by the Supreme Leader on his electronic site are the basis for the study. After referring to the statements made by the Leader, the data were analyzed using the grounded theory strategy. Data analysis In the Grounded Theory Strategy, involves the three stages including; open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Furthermore, data collection and data coding were conducted simultaneously, and finally, after categorizing the data and information the new concepts were formed. The Findings of the study indicated that dealing with economic corruption can bring about the effects and consequences in line with an ideal Islamic society in individual, social and national domains. Also, considering the topics including causal conditions, intervening conditions, context, strategies, and outcomes are among the findings of this study
