Designing model to empowerment of police Training commanders and managers with qualitative approach
Educational managers are the most important factor in transferring knowledge and skills, empower Iranian police employees and prepare them to perform their assigned missions. This research was conducted with the aim of designing a model for empowerment of commanders and managers of Police.
This research is a applied research in terms of purpose and methodologically from a qualitative approach and Delphi technique was used to design the model. Based on this, first was reviewed the theoretical studies and the background of the research. After collecting the important dimensions, the components and indices needed to design model for empowerment model of police commanders and managers, The Delphi first stage questionnaire was designed and given to the members of the expert group, which consisted of 25 experts and faculty members from the Police Sciences Universities, Ferdowsi, Tehran, and police's audited Teachers who were selected in a targeted way. After modifying and reviewing and performing the Delphi phases in two other stages and reaching consensus, designing model to empowerment of police Training commanders and managers with qualitative approach was finalized.
The findings of the research indicate that in this model, The factors affecting empowerment are five dimensions: strategic,value cultural, communication, psychological and motivational. The relevant pattern consists of 22 components that have the most impact on empowerment.
based on the findings of the research, using this model, The organization can exploit in objectives, plans, strategies, and growth in the field of empowering police commanders and educators.
