Pathological Analysis of Skill Training System in Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army
Global changing trend has been extended excessively in harmony with development of science and technology. So, quality of skill training should be improved overall, in order to prevent lagging from this trend. It should be noticed that improvement has to be accompanied by pathological analysis, so that it can lead to desirable outcomes. This study aims to analysis pathologically the affecting parameters of skill training system, in order to stablish strategic plan for developing of these trainings in Islamic Republic of Iran’s army. It has a descriptive-survey approach, and statistical analyses have been performed using researcher-made questionnaire. Data has been collected from a statistical population included 48 of officers and head-chiefs at the universities of IR Iran’s army. Validity of questionnaire verified by interview with 15 of academic experts, and its reliability has been calculated 0.86 of Kronbach alpha using SPSS software. Then data distribution has been considered using Kolmogrov-Smirnov test, main components have been identified using single-sample T-test. Finally, these components have been ranked using triangular fuzzy TOPSIS. Results of the study showed various vulnerabilities at the IR Iran’s army. The most important vulnerability refers to educational structure of skill training system, while the lowest one is attention to public culture.
