The Evaluation of Citizen Satisfaction from the Performance of Maragheh Municipality in Different Zones

The after industrial revolution social and economic changes, especially technologies in developed countries and consequently on them developing countries is impress. So that increased the number of urban population than number of rural population. And in a place of bridled and without a plan and rural migration have problems urban management. And globalization efficient management converted to passive management. The like other Iran cities, Maragheh city unplanned development due to rural migration and this have problem directory services. The purpose of the research is evaluation of citizen satisfaction from the performance of Maragheh municipality in different zones. The main research method is descriptive – analytical and fore data’s analysis used SPSS software. Research finding shows, there is no relation among demographic variables with satisfaction rate, the citizen satisfaction amount than municipality performance is weak. Among zones in satisfaction than municipality performance there is no difference, eventually with knowing and awareness comments of citizen Municipality can reduce weakness.
