Capability of Tourism in Stable Rural Development (Case Study: Sahand Rural District Kandovan Rural)

Tourism today has become one of the major economic stimulants in an international level, and specialists of economic issues assume that along by insurance and banking as major dynamic industry in the current century. Rural tourism is one of the major components of tourism industry and is the main power of improving economic growth in rural areas. It has also made a strategic chance and led to the diversity of local economy.
Tourism industry particularly going to different regions as a new aspect to extend coexistence of human and so city has been expanded for today’s economical productivity Sahand rural district has a relative advantage due to its beautiful nature and landscapes: This research is aimed to asses and fins the feasibility of ecotourism strengths of Kandovan rural.
Finding of this district on the basis of tourism capabilities shows that this rural district, having its special geographic situation located can be one of tourism poles of Iran but main obstacle and big weak point to obtain this aim is related to managing problems and various decision makers and also problems in substructures.
Alternatives and methods in traduced in this research can be effective in optimization of existing conditioned arranging tourism in rural.
