Examining the role of urban management component in the physical city expansion -case zone 5 tehran

Hi root planning and urban design can be traced to decisions made by the public sector or urban management. Urban management and city are heavily dependent on the performance of its current two twin. The role of urban management in urban development from different perspectives to that in this study the 5th District Tehran, using a questionnaire construction, to determine the components of the intervention of urban management in urban development from the perspective approach to physical attention. The research data by Kolmogorov-Smirnov studied and then using factor analysis to extract the physical components affecting the development of urbanization in the region, the results of this study indicate that the most important of factors in order of preference are indicators of the quality of the 0.91 correlation with the greatest impact, making the index with correlation coefficients of 0.90 second, the capacity index with correlation coefficients of 0.88 ranked third
