Analysis of critical arteries of Tehran city with crisis management approach (Case study of District 9)

The vital arteries of cities are the most important components of the sustainability and economic, social and even cultural and political dynamics of them. In analyzing the vital arteries of what is important in normal conditions, the capacity and quality of their efficiency are for the benefit of the citizen. But when it comes to natural and man-made crises, the important thing is the city's vital arteries are fairly reliable in the management of the crisis which is largely determined by their quality. Tehran has been exposed to natural and artificial crises since the past and naturally, with the crisis management approach, we need to analyze its vital arteries. The main question of this article is that what are the critical arteries of Tehran with an emphasis on area one in the context of crisis management approach? The research hypothesis is that seams the best method for measuring the quality and efficiency of vital arteries in Tehran is to obtain per capita quantitative and qualitative supply of water supply, electricity, telecommunications and transportation systems in each region and its adaptation and analysis with the standards of crisis management science. The results of the paper show that the situation of Tehran's critical arteries with the crisis management approach in Tehran's 9th area reflects the fact that about 70% of the tissue has a medium-high vulnerability. Given this introduction, this paper will be attempted Using the information and statistics available on the vital arteries of Tehran and drawings and tables, as well as books and scientific articles analyze the status of critical arteries in Tehran with an emphasis on the area not in the framework of crisis management approach.
