The effectiveness of puppet show on the behavioral disorders Educable mentally retarded boy students

Abstract:
Objective
The current research aimed to investigate the effect of puppet show on the behavioral disorders of educable mentally retarded male students first-grade in Khorramabad city.
Method
The method was quasi-experimental and the research design was pre-test, post-test with control group.The study population consisted of all educable mentally retarded male students first-grade to study in the academic year 2014-2015 machelen first base in the city of Khorramabad through simple random sampling (step) were selected and assigned to experimental and control groups (15 person in the experimental group and another 15 person in the control group). Experimental group for 12 sessions 30 minutely were under implementation puppet show. The instrument used in this study behavioral disorder rutter (form teacher).
Results
Results of covariance analysis showed that the puppet show is effecting behavioral disorders in educable mentally retarded male students (p<0/002).
Conclusion
The study concluded that The implementation of puppet show in reducing behavioral disorders had a significant effect educable mentally retarded students.
