Comparative analysis of rural housing indices using VIKOR technique Case Study: Dehgolan Districts

Rural housing in Iran is in the transition from tradition to contemporary, and as a result of this trend, the architecture and function of these houses are undergoing changes.. Evaluation of quantitative and qualitative indices of rural housing in various social, economic and physical dimensions is one of the most important techniques for understanding and explaining the level of development of rural housing.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the most important rural tenement indicators of Dehgolan city and prioritize them in terms of qualitative level. The type of research is applied and its nature is descriptive-analytical and data and information requirements are compiled by two methods of documentation and field study.The main question of the research is which of the districts of Dehgolan city are more favorable than rural settlements. The Hierarchical Analysis Model (AHP) was used to weigh the indicators and VIKOR technique was used to prioritize and rank the districts.The main question of the research is which of the districts of Dehgolan city are more favorable than rural settlements. The Hierarchical Analysis Model (AHP) was used to weigh the indicators and VIKOR technique was used to prioritize and rank the districts.The results of the ranking based on the Wicver model indicate that in terms of quality of rural housing, southern outskirts and Quri Chai, Q (0.000) and (0.033), the most desirable and the northern and suburban villages Dehgolan with a coefficient of (1,000) and (487/0), are at the lowest level of residential quality from among the five counties.
