Structural-functional changes of rural settlements, Urmia city (Case study, North Anzal rural district)

This research was carried out with the aim of investigating the structural and functional changes of rural settlements (North Anzal Rural) in Urmia. The research method was combined (qualitative or grand theoretical-quantitative) and in A few steps done, The statistical population of the study consisted of the villages of North Anzal district, the total population of the villages was 2461 people in 541 households, the sample size was based on the Cochran formula (336 people), the purposeful snowball random sampling, and the validity and reliability of the researcher made questionnaire was 83. In line with the factors influencing the structural-functional changes of rural settlements, four economic, socio-cultural, environmental and physical-physical indicators, with 34 factors, were presented during two stages of field observations, exploratory studies and semi-structured interviews, The results of the analysis of these data (qualitative and quantitative) indicate that structural and functional changes in the rural settlements of the study area during the years 1375 to 1395 have evolved and these changes were due to internal and external factors, which is the result of these developments. Positive trends have had a negative effect on the structure and functioning of the villages. These developments include: environmental (3.85), economic (3.71), socio-cultural (3.62) and physical-physical (3.58), which The result of these developments has been the establishment of stagnant settlements (stagnation) and negative (retreat).
