Accordingly, in this research, we decided to study the phenomena of vandalism and its ideas about the causes of the emergence of Vendal behaviors and its adaptation to the settlements of experts and Kowsar in Ardebil and provide solutions to reduce this problem and create a balance in the public spaces of the city under study.
