Application of Community-oriented Police in Khorramabad City through Utilizing KANO Technique

Over recent years, rapid and hastily trend of urbanization, and asymmetric increase of cities population compared with that of villages in the country, has brought about some difficulties. Among these ottlenecks is increasing crime rate. Regardless of type of crime, it could not only lead to insecurity feeling, but also to imposing some mental, physical and financial damages on citizens. Pure utilization of penal tools to combat the phenomenon of crime has not been of any use; therefore, systems of criminal policy have shifted toward using non-criminal preventive tools. The present research reviews using community-oriented police as one of crime prevention methods through using KANO technique.
