Reviewing Dimensions and Indices of Consultation Services Quality 199 Rendered in Lorestan Province Police Stations
The present research has been conducted to examine the dimensions and indices of consultation services quality rendered in Lorestan province police stations. The design of the present research was descriptive-periodical. N=450 including those who referred to police station consultation centers in Lorestan in the 2Q 2015, and they were selected based on their availability. Information was collected through using demographics sample sheet as well as Seroqual questionnaire of services quality level. Indices of descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS-20 were used to analyze data. The results achieved from data analysis indicated that according to the clients who referred to Lorestan province police stations, consultation services, in terms of reliability , accountability, guaranteeing services’ quality, satisfaction from services provided are a little bit higher than average; and in terms of appearance and tangible features as well as timely action were lower than average. Given the results of the present research, it is recommended to consider the weak and strong points referred to by clients to solve the problems, and take necessary measures in line with identifying the reasons of dissatisfaction, and strengthening desirable factors mentioned by clients
